In a move to improve community development processes and data management, the City of Glendale, Arizona has selected Clariti Enterprise permitting software to replace its current system. The solution will be implemented by TruePoint Solutions, a trusted Clariti partner.

For over 15 years, Glendale has been operating with a legacy permitting system and multiple disjointed solutions, which resulted in challenges around reporting and data management. The adoption of Clariti Enterprise supports the city’s objective to upgrade to an all-in-one solution that can help staff better track the complete lifecycle of plans, permits, licenses, inspections, and code enforcement cases, and scale to accommodate future growth.

“The City of Glendale has bold goals for growth and development and was looking for a technology partner with a permitting solution that could keep pace with its data management and process needs,” said Clariti Co-CEO Cyrus Symoom. “We are thrilled the city selected Clariti Enterprise to modernize their community development processes, and we look forward to working with TruePoint to help the city deliver an exceptional experience for residents and staff.”

Incorporated in 1910, Glendale is a metropolitan city near Phoenix, Arizona and has more than 250,000 residents.

“Forward-thinking agencies such as the City of Glendale are increasingly recognizing the myriad benefits they can realize with the right technology solutions, configured and implemented to meet their specific business needs,” states Ernie Phillips, Public Sector Team Manager at TruePoint Solutions. “The selection of the Clariti Software solution will result in vastly improved efficiency and productivity, which is a key factor in serving its community at its best level.”
