As part of its strategic plan to improve service delivery and the customer experience, the Town of Prescott Valley, AZ, has selected Clariti’s Enterprise permitting software to make every part of its community development process more efficient. Clariti’s platform will allow the town to manage permitting, licensing, planning, code enforcement, and portal services with one system, which will help significantly reduce processing times, eliminate data silos, and improve the overall experience for customers and staff. The system will be implemented by TruePoint Solutions, a trusted Clariti partner.

Prescott Valley currently processes around 4,000 permits annually using a primarily paper-based system, which is a time-consuming process for customers and staff, and doesn’t provide the flexibility the town needs to make adjustments and improve its service delivery. Clariti’s configurable community development platform will help the town:

  • Speed up the process for customers and staff
  • Reduce manual work
  • Improve collaboration between departments
  • Improve data migration and integration
  • Easily create reports and dashboards

Clariti’s reporting capabilities and the ability to modify custom fields in real time were among the standout features noted by town staff. The new system will allow staff to create reports and dashboards in minutes, and make many system changes in-house.

With Clariti Enterprise, Prescott Valley will also be able to accept and process online payments for the first time, which will significantly speed up the permitting process for residents and businesses. Clariti’s flexibility will also allow the town to make real-time adjustments to easily keep up with evolving community needs.
